• ZEMITA must be used for all submissions.
  • Set up for ZEMITA should be the following:
    • SPEED GAME only should be used.
    • Time set up should at ONE MINUTE and 300 kicks.
    • ZEMITA should be positioned at belt (hip level)
    • NARAE KICKS are only used (rotate round house kick both feet each time)
  • Submit a 1 minute video clip on our facebook page and make sure to tag ZEMITA to be considered!

All entries must be submitted by October 27th.

We will then choose a school as the winner with the most kicks at 1 minute and will be announced on the 31st on our facebook page.
