- Shipping Discounts:
- Shipping discounts offered as a promotion through the website or as a promotion via offer code are limited. Oversized surcharges still apply to all applicable items. All shipping promotions advertised are based on UPS Ground delivery services within the continental United States unless otherwise stated in the promotion details.
- Shipping & Handling:
- We ship by UPS to the United States excluding Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii.
Order by 4 PM EST (Monday through Friday), and orders will ship the same day, with the exception of holidays, unforeseen circumstances, and customized uniforms and equipment.
All orders are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise specified.
We don't ship to PO Boxes.
For orders over $200, signatures will be required for all shipments.
If for some reason, you'd like to have this released, please email us at email@example.com.
Please keep in mind that once this email is received and your order is shipped, we will not be responsible for missing or lost packages.
For all orders with expedited shipping (Next Day Air & 2nd Day Air) placed on Friday, will be delivered next business day.

- Undeliverable Orders:
- Undeliverable orders are orders for which reasonable delivery attempts have been made unsuccessfully. Orders returned without a re-ship request will automatically be returned to stock and all shipping/handling charges will be the responsibility of the customer. Orders returned with a re-ship request from the customer will be subject to additional shipping charges and a handling charge of $15.00.
- Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, or prepaid with a money order or cashier’s check. Any order sent C.O.D must be paid by cashier’s check/money order, or approved company check. NSF Checks – Dynamics automatically re-deposits all NSF checks. Checks returned are subject to a $30 fee.

- WHAT YOU CAN RETURN
New merchandise (not washed, worn, altered or soiled) suitable for resale may be returned for exchange/refund within 14 days of receipt.
WHAT YOU CANNOT RETURN
- Merchandise unsuitable for resale includes:
- Product without RMA #
- Merchandise that has been worn, washed, altered or soiled.
- Discontinued merchandise
- Sparring equipment that is packed too tightly, which permanently changes the shape of the product
- Custom products
- RESTOCKING CHARGE
If new merchandise is returned within 15-60 days of purchase,
there is a 25% restocking charge.
After 60 days, goods will NOT be accepted.
- All clearance items are Final Sale - NO exchanges, NO returns.
- Return merchandise Authorization Prodedure:
To return a product, you must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Have your invoice number and customer code available.PLEASE PACKAGE YOUR RETURN PROPERLY:
Return Merchandise must be shipped prepaid.
An RMA number is valid for 14 days only.
Your RMA # must be clearly marked on the shipping label.
Dynamics will not accept returns without an RMA # on the label.
- PACK SPARRING EQUIPMENT LOOSELY TO PREVENT WRINKLING.
- LEAVE STRAPS UNFASTENED.
- PLEASE DO NOT SEND THE RETURN BY USING THE SHOE BOX AS THE OUTER SHIPPING BOX OR YOUR RETURN WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

- To Make Your Exchange:
Most merchandise purchased on DYNAMICSWORLD.COM can be exchanged at our store after purchase, within 30 days.
To make your exchange:
Bring your packing slip/invoice with the proper packaging as it came with the item to be exchanged. Our Sale Associate will check the date on your packing slip/invoice and complete the exchange.
Please note: Exchanges cannot be processed online or by mail.
Please return the merchandise for credit and place a new order.
