RapidFire 4 is the fourth in the RapidFire series of kickboxing workouts created by sixth degree black belt, AFAA-certified group fitness instructor and personal trainer, Susan Chung. She is the co-owner/operator of Bruce Chung’s Total Fitness Studio in Harrison, NY where she teachers a variety of fitness classes.
RapidFire 4 includes a basic modifier, pre-mixes an a “customize your workout” option along with Warm-up, 3 Rounds of Kickboxing, 3 Rounds of Boxing, Core/Abs and Stretch
